All templates purchased or downloaded for free from SlideSwift may be used for both personal and commercial projects, including client work, business presentations, and educational purposes.

You may NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the original template files (PPTX) as-is, whether for free or for payment
• Claim the templates as your own original design work and resell them on any template marketplace
• Use the templates in any way that infringes on copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws

3. License

Purchasing a template grants you a non-exclusive, lifetime license to use the design in your own presentations and projects. We retain ownership of the original template designs.

4. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login and for all activities under your account.

5. Payments

All purchases are processed securely through PayPal/card. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice.

6. Modifications to Templates

You may freely edit colors, text, images, and layout of any purchased template to suit your needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

SlideSwift provides templates "as-is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our templates.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
