Refund Policy

At SlideSwift, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your templates, we offer the following refund policy.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@slideswift.co within 7 days of your purchase, including your order email/ID. We will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Exceptions

• Refunds are not available after 7 days from the date of purchase.
• If you have downloaded and used a significant portion of a bundle (e.g. Mega Bundle), we reserve the right to evaluate the refund request individually.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout (PayPal or card).

Non-Refundable Cases

• Change of mind after the 7-day window
• Accidental purchase of the wrong product, where the correct product has since been provided free of charge as a goodwill gesture

Mega Bundle & Bulk Purchases

Due to the large number of files included in the Mega Bundle, refund requests are reviewed individually based on download activity. We always aim to be fair — if you genuinely haven't found value in the purchase, reach out and we'll work it out.
